En route to my gym - 1 (운동 하러 가는 길 - 1)

 

사랑하는 엄마 아빠,

나 지금도 열심히 운동 하고 있어. 여기 와서 처음으로 한게 바로 피트니스 센터로 가서 6개월 등록한거야. 운동하러 가는 길이 너무 예뻐서 몇컷 찍어 봤어.

The first thing I did when I got here in Norwich was to register at a gym near Cereal House(name of my parents in law's house). It takes about 10 mins to get there on foot and the route is so pretty especially when the sun is out and shining above my head.

여기를 지나서 피트니스 센터로 가는데, 노리치 대성당(Norwich Cathedral) 이야. 다음에 내부 사진도 같이 올리께. 저 뽀족한 탑부분에 나선형 계단이 꼭대기 까지 이어져 있어. 이 꼭대기 외부에 희귀한 송골매들이 둥지틀고 살고 있고 요즘은 알 낳아서 지금 사람들이 와서 망원경으로 매일 같이 지켜보고 있어. 송골매는 법으로 보호받는 새라고 하네. 얼마전에 다른 새가 이 알들을 공격해서 지방 신문에 까지 떠들썩하게 기사로 나고있어.

I pass by this beautiful Norwich Cathedral to go to my gym. (I will upload more pics with its history later.) In the tower are spiral steps leading to the top and visits to the tower is quite controlled so one has to look up when it is allowed to visit to tower part. There are a couple of peregrine falcons nesting out on the spire platform at the moment and there has been a blue tent set up to watch their eggs since last week. This has been on the local newspaper as their eggs were attacked by another bird. (Pregrine falcons are protected by law.) 

 

요즘 날씨가 좋아서 하늘이 너무 이뻐. 눈을 들고 하늘을 보면 저렇게 대성당 뽀족탑과 나무가 예쁘게 보여.

Weather has been blessed and this is what I see when I look up. So beautiful!

요 건물은 교회 지나면 보여. 사람 사는것 같기도 하고..

한국의 절과는 사뭇 다른 외관이지?

This is the bottom right part of the Cathedral. Thought this has rather different appearance compared to Korean temples.

여기 까지가 내 피트니스 센터 가는 절반 정도야. 나머지 절반은 다음 장에서 보여줄게.

This is half way to my gym and I will show the rest on my next writing.
