Chin Chin Laboratories, Camden Town(친친 아이스크림, 캠든타운)

런던갔을 때 Camden Town 에 놀러 갔었어요. 여기 저기 구경하다가 입구쪽에서 커피숍을 찾다가 좋은 원두 냄새가 나서 따라 갔더니, 어떤 가게 앞에 사람들이 줄을 서서 있더라구요.

I went to Camden Town during my visit to London and I was in desperate need of cappuccino so I was searching for a good coffee shop.

일단은 커피가 넘 급해서 커피를 사러 들어 갔는데, 카푸치노도 리치+실키하고 거기의 주 메뉴인 아이스크림이 예술이더라구요. 기다린 보람이 있었어요. 아이스크림은 주문하면 바로 제조해서 그리에서 얼려줘요. 니트로젠 가스로 장식까지 해서 나오죠~ 그래서 가게 이름이 '친친 실험실' 인가봐요. 화학 실험실 같거든요.

I smelled amazing coffee beans so I followed the fragrance to find Chin Chin with a long long queue. My cup of cappuccino was so silky and rich in flavor and it was worth the wait. While waiting, I saw how they produce or freeze ice-cream to order amid billowing clouds of liquid nitrogen and it looked like experiments at a chemical lab. And that is what it is called CHIN CHIN LABS. 

이 숍 리뷰를 좀 찾아 봤어요. 역시 제 눈은 좋은 음식을 놓치지 않는다니까요!
