A mini break to Wells - Day 4 - Cley (웰스 별장으로의 여행 제 4일-클라이)

 사랑하는 엄마 아빠,

4일째에는 해안가에 위치한 다른 작은 마을인 클라이로 버스를 타고 갔어. 클라이는 탐조와 훈제소로 유명해. 옛날에는 이곳이 수출입이 일어나는 부산한 항구 마을이었는데 17세기 부지 매립 이후로는 그 명성이 사라졌다고 해. 

We went to Cley on our 4th day on a bus. Its attractions are the bird watching and cley smoke house. Cley used to be one of the businest ports in England but due to land reclamation in the 17th century it has not been "next-the-sea".

 

버스 내려서 산책좀 하고, 교회도 가보고, 여기저기 사진 찍었어.

We went for a nice walk along the coastal line, when to a church, and took some pictures.

벌써 집으로 가야 할 시간이야. It is time to go home already.

별장 돌아와서 크리스 요리장이 준비한 맛나는 오븐에서 구운 도미 저녁식사를 했어. 어제 먹고 남은 케일과 페늘이라고 하는 회향풀의 열매와 감자를 후라이팬에서 구워서 먹었어. 한국과 생선 조리하는 방식이 많이 다르지?

We came back to Wells and had a special oven baked bream dinner with steamed kale and pan-fried fennel and potatoes prepared by Chris the chef. In Korea, we normally pan-fry fish or boil it for a long time in heavily spiced sauce. Seeing how people in different countries cook totally different with the same ingredients is fascinating for me. 

저녁 먹고, 우리 마지막 웰스 별장에서의 저녁을 즐기기 위해 저녁 산책을 나갔어. 하늘이 노을져서 너무 멋있더라.

After dinner, we went out for our last evening stroll in Wells.

이제 아쉬움을 뒤로 하고 내일은 노리치로 돌아갈거야. 그래도 마지막날인 내일 시부모님들이 오셔서 같이 다른 마을 놀러 갔다가 집에 가기로 했어.

엄마 아빠 사랑하고, 이제 내가 사는 모습이 조금씩 보이려나? 너무 좋은거만 보여주는거 같기도 하궁..ㅋ

We are returning to Norwich tomorrow. But we will visit an interesting village tomorrow with my parents in law on our way to Norwich. Another exciting day awaiting us!
